Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for your recent Treezyn order!  Please follow the steps below to ensure you are eligible for our returns program, should you need to return or exchange anything on your order.  

  1. To return or exchange a product, it must be unused, clean and must have tags attached.  Product must also be in original packaging. Save both the original packaging and the clear polybag that came with the garment. Please keep the product clean and away from pets, liquids, odors, etc.  
  2. Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. There will be a 10% restocking fee with a maximum of $12.00. Shipping is non-refundable

PLEASE NOTE, we do not provide free returns or offer refunds for items purchased through our Field Staff and/or Pro Staff program, third parties, during sale periods.  Items purchased on sale or at a discounted rate can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for a different size of the same product.  Items purchased at a discounted rate and sent back for a size exchange that cannot be fulfilled due to unavailable inventory will be issued store credit for the original purchase price. 

To initiate a return, exchange, or warranty claim, email us at customerservice@treezyn.com . Please allow up to 2 business days to hear back from us with an updated return status.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 to the contiguous United States.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Please note that UPS guarantees transit over the weekend.  We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders taken on Fridays after 2pm will ship on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.

Please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery within two days for USPS Priority 2-Day shipping.

You may always choose expedited shipping options; these are not included in our “Free Shipping” plan.

Once your product has been checked in by the carrier, you are now in ownership of the product, and we (Treezyn) no longer have control, ownership, or responsibility.
