These shirts are great! I order the large (I’m usually between a large and XL). While the length is pretty good, I have a slightly larger chest/shoulders, and it’s a little tight in that area. I also ordered some of the XL athletic fit long sleeves, and they fit me much better!
This vest will carry everything you need to turkey hunt. The pockets are well thought out and perfectly located. The bird bag is huge and the seat cushion is thick and comfortable. You can load it up or carry just the essentials for running and gunning. The camo is perfect for the spring turkey season. I'll be using this vest in North Alabama and possibly a couple of other states.

The breathability and sun protection make this my go to shirt for long days in the sun. It dries fast, hasn't developed a smell, and is the only sun protection shirt I've found that really lets a breeze cool me down.
