Return/Exchange Policy


We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality product and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item(s) is/are unworn and clean with original tags attached. Returns containing pet hair, stains, or odors cannot be accepted.

Treezyn Outlet purchases are Final Sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange.


  1. Contact our Customer Service department by calling 833-TREEZYN x800 or email us at “  Use the return form that was included in your order to tell us about your need to return your purchase.
    • If you need to reprint your Return form you can do so by following this link to your account.
    • Once you are in your account select the return form for the order you would like to return. 
    • Mark the items that you are returning on your Return Form.
    • Package your return item(s) and complete return form.
    • Ship your items back using the pre-addressed return label emailed to you by our customer service department. This service is offered for returns coming from addresses within the continental US only. Attach the label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any shipping location. Please obtain the tracking # for your records. 

    Alternatively, you may ship your items back using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a service with tracking capabilities. Please make sure that your return is shipped to:

    Once we receive your return, we will process it and issue a refund for the full purchase price (less the cost of shipping) to your original form of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days from the day we receive your package.


    We are happy to help you place a new order and provide you with free shipping on your repurchase order. We will do our best to get your new products out to you right away, provided the item(s) is/are in stock. You will be charged for the new product on its way out to you and we will cover standard shipping for this order. Once we receive your return product, we will credit you for it within 5-7 business days. Please follow the ‘Making A Return’ instructions above.
