Shipping policy
At Treezyn, we know your gear matters - and when hunting season, travel, or outdoor adventure is on the calendar, getting your order quickly is important. Our goal is to process, pack, and ship every order as efficiently as possible so you can get your Treezyn gear in the field.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed before our daily shipping cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will typically ship the next business day.
During peak seasons, new product launches, promotional events, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order total, delivery destination, and selected shipping method.
Treezyn currently offers free shipping on qualifying orders over $139 within eligible shipping regions. Free shipping promotions may change from time to time and may not apply to all products, destinations, or expedited shipping methods.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may ship through major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other approved shipping providers. The carrier used for your order may depend on your location, package size, shipping method selected, and fulfillment availability.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Standard delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier volume, weather delays, holidays, and other factors outside of Treezyn’s control.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Treezyn is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and final delivery are the responsibility of the carrier. Treezyn is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your delivery location, contact your local carrier, and reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, rates, delivery times, duties, taxes, and import fees may vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International delivery times may be affected by customs processing and local carrier delays.
Order Changes and Cancellations
We work quickly to process and ship orders. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order.
